Here are some frequently asked questions regarding signups:

 1. My child will be six years old on August 1, 2010.  Is he/she eligible to play t-ball?

A. No, the child is not eligible to play this year because his/her birthday is after the cutoff date. 

 2. Does it make a difference if my child is already enrolled in kindergarten?

A. No, the grade in school has no impact upon the eligiblility for playing in the HBA.

3. Do you grant requests for specific coaches or teammates?

A. Requests for specific coaches or teammates are not granted for any reason (other than brother or sister relationship).  Carpool requests are not honored for any reason.

4. What is the deadline to register and pay fees?

A. For ages 6-12, we must receive payment by March 22.  For ages 13-18, we must receive payment by April 30.   All payments received after the due date will incur an additional $20 late fee.  We cannot guarantee placement on a team even if the registration is received before the late fee date if all available slots are taken.  Your best option is to register and pay the fees as early as you can.

5. What is your refund policy?

A. There are no refunds at any time.  The only exception to this is when we are unable to place a child on a team.

Eligibility:

1. Children must be residents of the Hilliard City School district.

2. Children must be at least six (6) years old by July 31, 2010.

Interested in coaching?

All you need to do is volunteer during the sign up period.  We do require background checks for all head coaches.
