HBA Picture Day is Saturday, April 20!
Welcome to a modern take on Picture Day!
*No more paper order forms!*
*Digitally enhanced modern photos!*
On Saturday, April 20th…
- To avoid delays & backups, please arrive during your team’s time slot at HILLIARD STATION 6TH GRADE gym and report to the Check-in Table (5600 Scioto Darby Rd.)
- If you cannot make it during that time, photos will run between 9:30-2:00, and we will fit you in when you can get there.
- Bring your glove and bat! (No cleats are necessary and will not be allowed to be worn inside the gymnasium)
- Everyone will need to check in at the Check-In Table and get a ticket!
- Individual photos will be taken of every player.
- Team photos will be composited from individual photos to save you time.
Remember! No need to fill out a paper order form! All orders will be placed online AFTER Picture Day, giving you the opportunity to see your photos first. We are requesting that everyone get their individual photo taken, even if you aren’t sure if you are going to purchase them. There is no obligation! This will allow everyone to be in the team photo composites.
Between Now and Picture Day…
- Join the gallery by texting the code HBA2024 to 90738 (or scan the QR code and send the corresponding message) to be notified when your pictures are ready to preview and purchase. You can also preview the items that will be available to buy.
- After joining, you will also be given the opportunity to buy an “AdvancePay” credit that you can put towards your future purchase when the photos are ready. By purchasing a credit, you will be given a code for FREE SHIPPING! You will still be able to view your child’s photos in the gallery and select exactly which ones you love the most! The AdvancePay credit will be applied directly to your cart and you can also apply the free shipping code to your order.
- The FREE SHIPPING opportunity with AdvancePay will go away after Picture Day, so don’t delay! Buy your AdvancePay credit today!
After Picture Day…
- The Digitally Enhanced photos will be uploaded to our private gallery, and using Face Find technology, you will be able to view YOUR child’s photos and choose what you would like to order!
- For those who joined the gallery via text message (see above), you will be texted a link to the gallery as soon as the photos are available to view and purchase.
- Your order will be shipped directly to your door, and you will be provided with the tracking code.

Hilliard Darby Summer Baseball Camp 2024
The Hilliard Darby Panther Baseball Camp 2024 is scheduled for June 17-19, 2024 from 9am to noon.
This camp is for players entering grades 2 through 8 who want to improve their baseball knowledge and skill. See the attached flyer for information on how to register.
Hilliard Bradley hosting Youth Baseball Night
The Hilliard Bradley Baseball team is hosting Hilliard Youth Baseball Night on Wednesday, April 17 at 5:00pm vs Olentangy Orange and has invited everyone in our organization to attend.
Please arrive by 4:45PM.
Staff, coaches, players and families are invited to wear their gear. Players will go out to their positions for the National Anthem and get to run the bases after the game.

The Columbus Clippers welcome the Hilliard Baseball Association to the award-winning Huntington Park on June 30, 2024!
Tickets are $6 each and will be in sections 29 and 30.

Hilliard Baseball Association
HBA is a long standing active member of our community for many years providing recreation, fun, teamwork, and great memories for Hilliard's kids. It is our goal to provide a fun, safe, and instructional environment and provide an opportunity for any child to play baseball.
Interested in being an Umpire for HBA?
Existing umpires, we are currently in the process of migrating to a new scheduling tool and will be announcing details on how to use Arbiter in the near future. Existing umpires have been notified and new umpires will have the ability to register in early Spring 2024.
To participate in the Hilliard Baseball Association umpiring program, you must be at least 12 years of age. To be a plate umpire, one must be at least 16 years of age and have at least two years prior base umpire experience.

Coach Registration Trainings
To ensure the safety of our players and coaches, anyone who is registering to be a coach will need to complete two online courses prior to completing registration. The courses are linked in the registration form but can be found here as well.
